Return and Refund Policy

At Nirmitz, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you can raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Unboxing Video is compulsory.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products cannot be returned once they have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped from our warehouse.


Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • For COD orders, refund will be made to the customer’s bank account after confirmation.


Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • The estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days, but it may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
